You can access the member management interface through Repository Settings > Member Management in your managed projects.

Member Search and Addition

In the member management interface, you can search for and add organization members.

Member Invitation Permission Settings

Administrators can configure permissions for inviting members.

Additionally, you can copy invitation links for a more convenient way to invite members to join the project.
