Enter the "Repository" interface of the project where you want to publish an issue, and click the "+ Issue" button at the top to enter the issue creation interface, as shown below:
Start creating the issue, including the issue title and content. When entering the issue content, you can use the simple and flexible Markdown syntax, and you can also click the function buttons above. Then upload any necessary attachments. Finally, click the "Create" button to submit your first issue 🎉🎉🎉
Additionally, when creating an issue, you can quickly add references to other issues using the # symbol to provide supplementary information for the current issue. As shown below, after typing #, a list of referenceable issues will appear. You can scroll down with your mouse or enter the issue number to select the issue you want to reference, and a link 🔗 to the referenced issue will be automatically added.
