Label Management
On the issue content editing page, you can set labels according to the type of issue. Labels facilitate filtering target issues in the issue list, improving project development management efficiency.
GitLink provides ten default label types: Bug, Feature, Question, Support, Task, Help Wanted, On Hold, Documentation, Testing, and Duplicate, each with different meanings and color indicators:
- Bug: Indicates unexpected problems or errors;
- Feature: Indicates new feature requests;
- Question: Indicates confusion or queries;
- Support: Indicates specific functionality or requirements;
- Task: Indicates tasks that need to be assigned;
- Help Wanted: Indicates need for community user assistance;
- On Hold: Indicates this issue will not be processed for now;
- Documentation: Indicates documentation material supplements;
- Testing: Indicates requirements that need testing;
- Duplicate: Indicates similar issues already exist.
Additionally, project members can modify label meanings or color indicators, create new labels, and delete labels according to their needs or preferences.
